Located in the Poços de Caldas region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, Constellation is positioned within a renowned ionic clay rare earth province
Access to low-cost, renewable hydroelectric power, deep-water export ports, affordable skilled local labor, and low-cost land with efficient permitting
Constellation hosts a large land package with an SK-1300 compliant mineral resource estimate of 266.2 Mt at a TREO grade of 2,637 ppm, making it one of the highest-grade IAC projects globally
The project spans ~59.5 km² of tenements with the resource limited to 16 km² at this time
With high-value NdPr, Dy, and Tb comprising over 22% of contained oxides, this project is positioned to service the high-performance permanent magnet market
