The world runs on rare earths—secure the supply, and you secure the future
Rare earth elements (REEs) are a group of 17 chemically similar metallic elements that are essential components of many high-tech products and technologies, ranging from wind turbines and electric vehicles to humanoid robotics and fighter jets.
Demand for REEs is forecasted to continue growing strongly in the coming years, driven by the increasing demand for clean energy and global electrification of the transportation and automotive industry, the growth of the consumer electronics industry, and the ongoing demand for REEs in defense and medical applications. Western supply of REEs is impacted by significant geopolitical and supply chain risks, with the majority of global REE production controlled by China and few sources of reliable REE supply in the Americas

Projects
Regional overview
Foothills Georgia USA
•
Strategic U.S. discovery with exceptional grades – boulder samples up to 41.3% TREO¹ – nearly 7x higher than MP Materials’ reported 6%²
•
Ultra-high-grade hard rock with near-surface, free-dig monazite sands – mineralization reminiscent of Brazilian Rare Earth’s Monte Alto project
•
Exceptional infrastructure – private land position with access to low-cost power, rail, port, and skilled labor
Constellation Minas Gerais Brazil
•
Large-scale JORC resource: 259Mt at 2,706ppm TREO, 1.0% DyTb² ⁴
•
Located in the renowned Poços de Caldas IAC1 rare earths district, alongside Meteoric Resources’ high-grade Caldeira RE project
Large-scale JORC resource¹: 839Mt at a grade of 1,219ppm TREO, 2.2% DyTb² ³
•
496km2 of tenements characterized by large-scale, shallow, free-dig mineralization with excellent proportions of heavy rare earths DyTb
•
Located just ~150km to Ilhéus port, low population density with Bahia State highly supportive of mining with key permitting advantages
Homer Goiás Brazil
•
Large–scale exploration opportunity targeting high-grade niobium and REs
•
Control over more than 1,200 km² of target-rich exploration targets in the most significant region for carbonatite-style deposits
•
Majority of the global Niobium supply is produced from deposits in this area
Rare Earths Americas (REA) is on a mission to become the premier new source of supply of rare earths to America. REA's projects located in Brazil as well as its new ultra-high-grade discovery in the U.S., strongly position REA to ensure America's future security of supply of the materials that enable innovation and security.
We have rapidly assembled an industry leading REE project portfolio in 2021 and 2022, with a number of near term catalysts in 2023
